The WOMA Organizing Committee strongly recommends Suseong Hotel, which is also the workshop venue, as the official accommodation for WOMA 2026.

We have already sent the hotel reservation link, which allows participants to book rooms at the discounted conference rates.

If you have not received the reservation information, please send an email to woma2026@knu.ac.kr with the subject line “Request for Hotel Reservation Link”, and we will send you the reservation link as soon as possible.

Please make sure to complete your hotel reservation by August 28. After this date, the special conference rates will no longer be available, and you will need to make an individual reservation at the regular hotel rates.

The tentative room rates, based on the current exchange rate, are expected to be as follows:

●Suite Twin Room : approximately USD 100

●Standard Twin Room: approximately USD 60

In addition, we plan to introduce more affordable accommodation options in the surrounding area. For participants staying at these hotels, a shuttle service between the workshop venue and the hotels is planned.
