● Regular Participants: USD 400 (KRW 600,000)
● Students: USD 200 (KRW 300,000)

Cancellation & Refund Policy
● Cancellations made on or before July 31, 2026: 100% Refund
● Cancellations made from August 1, 2026: No Refund
● All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email (woma2026@knu.ac.kr)

For participants registering from outside South Korea. You can safely complete your academic conference registration and payment via PayPal using a major international credit/debit card.
