We would like to share some preliminary information regarding accommodation arrangements for WOMA 2026.
We are currently in the process of finalizing a special accommodation agreement with Suseong Hotel, which will allow invited speakers to stay at discounted rates. An official announcement will be made shortly, and we kindly ask for your patience in the meantime. Once the reservation system is open, we will notify you separately.
The tentative room rates are expected to be approximately USD 100 (based on the current exchange rate) for a deluxe suite and around USD 60 (based on the current exchange rate) for a standard room.
In addition, we are planning to introduce more affordable accommodation options in the surrounding area. For participants staying at these hotels, a shuttle service between the workshop venue and the hotels is planned.
